30-day money-back guarantee You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return for any reason.

Condition requirements To be eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it — undamaged, with all accessories (charger, cable, strap), and in its original packaging. Normal testing and use during the trial period is fine; that's the point of a 30-day guarantee.

How to start a return Email us at softgrip.services@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue. We'll respond within 1-3 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — unrequested returns can't be processed.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item Inspect your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at softgrip.services@gmail.com with photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full — and you won't pay return shipping in these cases.

Non-returnable items Gift cards are non-returnable. Items returned with missing components, significant physical damage caused after delivery, or outside the 30-day window may be refused or partially refunded.

Sale items Our promotional pricing is our standard pricing. Discounted orders are covered by the same 30-day guarantee as everything else.

Exchanges The fastest way to swap an item is to request a return and place a new order separately.

Refund timing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [10] business days.
